Or. Admin. Code § 836-042-0225 - Criteria for Grouping; Criteria for Substantially Similar Occupations Within Organization; Open Enrollment Required
An insurer may combine for rating purposes the experience of a group of employers which it covers for workers' compensation insurance only if:
(1) All employers in the group are
members with full rights and privileges of the organization;
(2) The group satisfies all requirements of
ORS 737.316.
