Or. Admin. Code § 836-042-0515 - Commercial Liability Filings - Procedural Rules for Insurers and Rating Organizations
(1) Each
filing of a commercial casualty insurance premium rate, rating plan or rating
system that is certified by a member of the American Academy of Actuaries or by
an executive officer of the entity making the filing as not being subject to
OAR 836-042-0510(1)
shall become effective on the date specified in the filing but not earlier than
the date the filing is received by the Director.
(2) Each filing of commercial liability
insurance rate, rating plan or rating system that does not satisfy the
condition of section (1) of this rule and the requirements of OAR
836-042-0520 and each filing
subject to 836-042-0510(1)
must be submitted to the Director for review prior to becoming
effective.
