Or. Admin. Code § 836-074-0017 - Exemptions

OAR 836-074-0005 to 836-074-0050 do not apply to:

(1) An insurance producer who is exclusively a salaried employee of an insurer.
(2) An insurance producer who sells only industrial life insurance, as that term is defined in ORS 731.166.
