Or. Admin. Code § 855-120-0001 - Applicability
This Division applies to any individual who is:
(1) Enrolled in or has completed a Bachelor
or Doctor of Pharmacy at a College of Pharmacy or School of Pharmacy (COP or
SOP) or is certified by the Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Examination Committee
(FPGEC), and who acts as Intern; or
(2) Licensed by the board as a Preceptor to
supervise an Intern.
