Or. Admin. R. 165-007-0030 - [Effective until 3/17/2023] Designating the Vote By Mail Procedures Manual.

The Secretary of State designates the Vote by Mail Manual revised 01/2022 and associated forms, as the procedures for conducting all vote by mail elections. All vote by mail elections shall be conducted following the requirements of ORS Chapters 246 through 260 and the Vote By Mail Manual.
