Water quality in the main stem Columbia River (see Figure 1) must be managed to
protect the designated beneficial uses shown in Table 101A (November
2003).
(2) Designated fish uses to
be protected in the main stem Columbia River are shown in Table 101B (November
2003).
(3) Coastal water contact
recreation and shellfish harvesting use is to be protected in the portion of
the main stem Columbia River designated for these uses in Figure 101A (August
2016).
