(1)
For the purposes of these rules, any reports, requests, appeals, payments, or
other response by the hospital shall be received by the Authority either:
(a) Before the close of business on the date
due; or
(b) If mailed, postmarked
before midnight of the due date.
(2) When the due date falls on a Saturday,
Sunday, or a legal holiday, the date filed is on the next business day
following the Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday.
