34 Pa. Code § 131.24 - Recusal of judge
(a) The judge
may recuse himself on the judge 's own motion.
(b) A party may file a motion for recusal,
which shall be addressed to the judge to whom the proceeding has been assigned.
The judge will conduct an evidentiary hearing and issue a decision within 15
days following receipt of the evidentiary hearing transcript and post-hearing
submissions of the parties. The decision will be interlocutory, unless the
judge certifies the record for immediate appeal to the Board .
