37 Pa. Code § 121.1 - Definitions
The following words and terms, when used in this subpart, have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
Chairperson-The Chairperson of the Commission.
Commission-The Pennsylvania Crime Commission.
Executive Director-The Executive Director of the Commission.
