37 Pa. Code § 171.104 - Limitation on matters considered
(a) Arbitration panel members shall not
consider or bring into the deliberations any matters not admitted into
evidence, but may consider those facts of which a court could properly take
judicial notice and the chairperson shall so charge the panel.
(b) Subsection (a) supersedes 1 Pa. Code
§35.173 (relating to official
notice of facts).
