37 Pa. Code § 197.52 - Distribution of decision
A copy of the decision of the Hearing Board will be sent by first class mail to:
(1) The
applicant.
(2) The
Department.
(3) The appropriate
health systems agency.
(4) Other
parties to the proceeding.
(5) A
person who has made a written request for a copy.
(6) A newspaper of general circulation in the
area where the certificate of need application arises.
