4 Pa. Code § 111.2 - Authorization for entry
Entry upon or into all such designated lands and buildings shall be restricted to those persons specifically authorized to enter such properties by any of the following:
(1) The Pennsylvania Emergency Management
Agency.
(2) The Department of
Military Affairs.
(3) The
Pennsylvania State Police.
