52 Pa. Code § 1027.2 - Transferable rights
Only the following rights may be subject to sale:
(1) A certificate of public convenience to
provide partial-rights taxicab service.
(2) A certificate of public convenience to
provide dispatching services.
(3) A
medallion.
(4) A certificate of
public convenience to provide limousine service as provided in Subpart C
(relating to limousines).
