52 Pa. Code § 29.111 - Accounts, records and memoranda
(a) A contract carrier shall keep complete
and accurate accounts, records and memoranda of the movement of traffic, of the
receipts and expenditures of money, of revenues and income earned, of expenses
incurred, of the cost of property and other assets, of the amounts of debts and
obligations, and of every other pertinent matter and thing; and shall preserve
the accounts, records and memoranda until the destruction or other disposition
of the same is authorized by the Commission.
