55 Pa. Code § 1181.568 - How long it will take to get a decision
Under Chapter 275 (relating to appeal and fair hearing
and administrative disqualification hearings), a decision on appeals will be
issued within 90 days of the date on which the appeal is received by the Office
of Hearings and Appeals. Chapter 275 provides that the decisions are subject to
