55 Pa. Code § 20.54 - Provisional certificate of compliance
(a) A provisional certificate of compliance
is issued if the facility or agency is in substantial, but not complete,
compliance with applicable statutes, ordinances, and regulations.
(b) A provisional certificate of compliance
is issued for a specified length of time, not to exceed 6 months.
(c) A maximum of four consecutive provisional
certificates of compliance may be issued to the legal entity for each specific
facility or agency.
