55 Pa. Code § 3270.54 - Minimum number of facility persons in the child care facility
(a) At least two
facility persons shall be present in the facility when two or more children are
in care. At a minimum, one of the facility persons shall be a staff
person.
(b) At least two facility
persons shall be present when children are on an excursion away from the
facility. At a minimum, one of the facility persons shall be a staff
person.
(c) If the staff-child ratio
warrants only one staff person, the second person may be another facility
person.
