6 Pa. Code § 11.66 - Landings
(a) A landing shall
be provided beyond each interior and exterior door that opens directly into a
stairway.
(b) A landing shall be at
least as wide as the stairs leading to the landing.
(c) A landing shall be at least 3 feet
long.
