6 Pa. Code § 11.72 - Exterior conditions
(a) Outside
walkways shall be free from ice, snow, leaves, equipment and other
hazards.
(b) Center grounds shall
be free from debris and unsafe conditions.
(c) The outside of the building and the
center grounds shall be well maintained and in good repair.
