6 Pa. Code § 21.32 - Joint certifications
(a) For
homes which are jointly certified on or after January 6, 1990 or had been
jointly certified prior to January 6, 1990 and had a certified capacity of
three or fewer total clients, the following applies: The AAA may not conduct
placement activities which result in more than three clients or residents
unrelated to the provider, including clients of other certifying or licensing
agencies, residing in one home at one time.
(b) A jointly-certified home which has a
certified capacity of four or more total clients prior to January 6, 1990 may
continue to operate with more than three clients, if applicable State and local
laws are observed in conjunction with this chapter.
