6 Pa. Code § 22.36 - Authorization
By signing/marking the certification and authorization statement on the application form, the applicant authorizes:
(1) The Department to verify any information
on the form by contacting the Social Security Administration, the Internal
Revenue Service, the Department of Revenue, employers or others, as the need
arises.
(2) The Department to
visit, with reasonable prior notice to the applicant, for the purpose of
determining the validity of claims made under the PACE Program.
