61 Pa. Code § 870.12 - Pari-mutuel prize pool
(a)
Fifty-two percent of Super 6 Lotto gross sales for a Super 6 Lotto drawing will
be reserved for prizes and allocated to the winnings pool for payment of prizes
as enumerated in §
870.8 (relating to determination
of prize winners).
(b) If the Super
6 Lotto is terminated for any cause, prize monies remaining undistributed will
be paid out of the State Lottery Fund and used for purposes otherwise provided
for by law .
(c) If the prize pool
for a drawing is not sufficient to fund an announced minimum first prize, the
prize pool will be increased as necessary from funds authorized for the payment
of prizes.
