The act of September 24, 2014 (P.L. 2458, No. 132) redesignated the Department of Public Welfare as the Department of Human Services. Under this act, a reference to the Department of Public Welfare is deemed a reference to the Department of Human Services. The regulations in this title have been updated as appropriate.

The heading of Title 55 was redesignated at 46 Pa.B. 3177 under the act of December 28, 2015 (P.L. 500, No. 92).
