216 R.I. Code R. 216-RICR-40-10-22.1 - Purpose and Authority
These regulations are promulgated pursuant to the authority conferred under R.I. Gen Laws ยงยง 23-15-4(g) and 23-15-5(a), and are established for the purpose of establishing prevailing standards and procedures regarding the determination of need for the development of new health care equipment and new institutional health services.
