216 R.I. Code R. 216-RICR-40-10-22.19 - Judicial Review

Any person adversely affected by a final decision of the state agency or administrative review agency may obtain judicial review of the decision in accordance with the provisions of R.I. Gen. Laws §§ 42-35-15 and 42-35-16, provided that the state agency shall be considered a "person."
