S.C. Code Regs. § 19-470.14 - Penalties
(a) Any person
violating the codes listed in the Building Codes Act or the regulations adopted
pursuant to the provisions of the Building Codes Act, shall be subject to the
penalties provided therein.
(b) Any
person violating any of the provisions of the Modular Act or its regulations,
shall be subject to the penalties provided therein.
(c) Any person violating any of the
provisions of the Energy Standards, shall be subject to the penalties provided
therein.
