A. The
following Rules of organization and practice are adopted to describe the
organization and methods of the Office of Administrator of Consumer Affairs and
to establish rules of practice and to otherwise implement the South Carolina
Consumer Protection Code, Title 37 of The Code of Laws of South Carolina, as
amended, pursuant to authority of Sections
37-3-503,
37-6-104,
37-6-403,
37-6-506
and
37-11-80.
B. These Rules and Regulations should be
cited by Chapter, Rule and Section; e.g., this provision is S.C. Code Ann.
R.28-1B. of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Consumer Protection
Code.
