S.C. Code Regs. 38-902 - Inventory of Videotaping Equipment
A. All videotaping equipment installed
pursuant to these regulations and S.C. Code Ann. 56-5-2953 shall remain the
property of the Department to insure proper inventory of equipment. Each agency
is required to take reasonable care of the videotaping equipment while it is in
the agency 's possession.
B. When
videotaping equipment is installed, it will be marked for inventory
purposes.
C. Each agency receiving
videotaping equipment pursuant to these regulations and S.C. Code Ann.
56-5-2953 must, at a reasonable time and place and as deemed necessary by the
Department, make available to the Department for inventory purposes every law
enforcement vehicle that has had videotaping equipment installed.
