A. The HVAC system shall be inspected at
least once a year by a certified or licensed technician.
B. The facility shall maintain a temperature
of between seventy-two (72) and seventy-eight (78) degrees Fahrenheit in

excessive heat, steam, condensation, vapors, smoke, and fumes.
G. Each bathroom and/or restroom shall have
either operable windows or have approved mechanical ventilation.
