S.C. Code Regs. § 67-1001 - Parties, Generally
A. The
proper parties in a claim involving an occupational disease are often a matter
in dispute.
B. The claimant may
request a report from the Commission of the insurers of an employer or
employers at or during the period of alleged exposure. The period of alleged
exposure must be provided for each employer.
