S.C. Code Regs. § 71-10000.4 - False or Misleading Information
A. An applicant who provides false or
misleading answers on any document submitted to the Department will be denied a
license.
B. A licensee who
falsifies any document or assists in the falsification of an application or
document of another in the course of providing immigration assistance services
will be subject to disciplinary action, suspension, or revocation.
