S.C. Code Regs. § 9-100.200 - Initiation of Adjudication
A.
An adjudication is initiated when a pleading is filed with the
Director.
B. The document
initiating the adjudication shall state briefly the nature of the proceeding,
the identity of known parties, the jurisdiction under which the adjudication is
initiated, the general allegations of fact, the legal authority that
constitutes a basis for the adjudication, and the nature of the relief
sought.
