S.C. Code Regs. § 91-31 - Fees

a. Names, addresses and authorized statistical data of licensed nurses may be released upon written request of agencies, individuals, and organizations. This service will be provided electronically or via CD for a cost of $10.00.

b. Refund of fees will be made at the discretion of the Board. c. The Board may charge fees as shown in South Carolina Code of Regulations Chapter 10-25 and on the South Carolina Board of Nursing website at http://www.llr.state.sc.us/POL/Nursing/.
