127-1.8. Filing of Briefs and Oral Arguments

Any party or intervenor shall be entitled, upon request, to a reasonable period of time at the close of the hearing to present oral argument, which argument shall be included in the stenographic report of the hearing. Any party or intervenor shall be entitled, upon request made before the close of the hearing, to file a brief, proposed findings of fact, conclusions of law, or both, with the Board member. The Board member shall fix a reasonable period of time for such filing.
