S.D. Admin. R. 10:01:02:06 - Moving violations
Driving a vehicle in any of the following ways is prohibited:
(1) Careless
driving;
(2) Driving the wrong way
on a one way street; and
(3)
Driving around, over or through a permanent or temporary barricade.
