S.D. Admin. R. 2:01:08:06 - Revocation of reserve law enforcement officer certification
The commission may revoke or suspend the certification of a reserve law enforcement officer for the same reasons as set forth in chapter 2:01:11, and using the same procedure as set forth is chapter 2:01:11.
