S.D. Admin. R. 20:10:01:16 - Amendments
A pleading may be amended once as a matter of right if filed and served prior to the filing of a responsive pleading or within 20 days from the date the pleading was filed and served, whichever is earlier. After such time, a pleading may be amended by stipulation of the parties or upon application of a party and at the discretion of the commission.
