S.D. Admin. R. 20:10:13:02 - Utilities must file tariff schedules
Every public utility shall file with the commission its tariff schedules legally effective on July 1, 1975, in substantially the form and manner set out in this chapter. Original tariff schedules required to be filed by SDCL 49-34A-10 must be filed within 30 days after the effective date of this chapter.
