S.D. Admin. R. 20:10:17:13 - Complaints

Each utility shall make a full and prompt investigation of all complaints received. For all written complaints or any other complaints which are unresolved, the utility shall prepare a written record showing the name and address of the complainant, the date and character of the complaint, and the disposition. A monthly summary of all written complaints received showing the character of the complaints and the disposition thereof shall be attached to and submitted with the utility's annual report to the commission.
