S.D. Admin. R. 20:10:27:20 - Phase-in of switched access rates

Switched access rates for a telecommunications company may be phased-in over a period of time if the commission finds the implementation of switched access rates as determined by the rules in chapters 20:10:27 to 20:10:29, inclusive, will result in a significant change in switched access rates or revenues and that a phase-in of rates is in the public interest. The length of any phase-in period shall be determined by the commission.
