S.D. Admin. R. 20:18:18.01:02 - Inspection and investigation of slot machine and equipment

Before offering slot machines or equipment for sale, distribution, or lease, a slot machine manufacturer must request the commission to inspect, investigate, and approve the slot machines and equipment. The request for the inspection, investigation, and approval must include the following:

(1) Two copies of prints, schematics, block diagrams, the circuit analysis, and a complete explanation of the method of operation, pay procedures, odds determination, and all other pertinent information about the machine; and

(2) Two copies each of the following, as applicable:

(a) The purchase agreement;

(b) The lease agreement;

(c) The bill of sale;

(d) The management agreement; and

(e) The participation agreement.
