S.D. Admin. R. 20:52:01:03 - Physician assistant practice agreement
A licensed physician assistant shall have a practice agreement with a supervising physician. The practice agreement shall be submitted on a form approved by the board that describes the scope of practice of the physician assistant, any practice location, the plan for physician supervision, and other such information as may be required by the board.
