S.D. Admin. R. 20:55:02:04 - Basic requirement
Except as provided in chapter 20:55:03, no person may be licensed to practice podiatry unless the person has passed the national standardized examinations, parts I, II and III of the National Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners. However, part III may be waived if the applicant graduated from a school of podiatric medicine before January 2001, and the applicant is currently licensed as a podiatric physician in another state and has been in active licensed practice for at least five continuous years.
