S.D. Admin. R. 20:69:03:01 - Application for license by examination

An applicant for license by examination shall file an application with the commission on a form provided by the commission within 60 days after the date of notice of having passed the examination. The application shall be accompanied by the fee prescribed by § 20:69:03:10.
