S.D. Admin. R. 20:69:03:22.01 - Nonresident licensee - Renewal of license on active status - Certificate of licensure required
A nonresident broker, broker associate or salesperson licensed in this state who renews the license on active status shall submit a certificate of licensure from the licensing agency of the state where the nonresident licensee maintains residency. The certificate of licensure shall be completed within 30 days before the date of filing the renewal application, stating the nonresident's license is on active status and in good standing and that no complaint is pending. The certificate of licensure must accompany the renewal form.
