S.D. Admin. R. 20:69:08:01 - Definitions

The term, lender, means a bank or trust company, savings bank, savings and loan association, insurance company, federal land bank, licensed mortgage broker or mortgage lender, or state or federal agency or its employees or any wholly owned subsidiary of any of the entities listed in this section.
