S.D. Admin. R. 20:69:14:02 - Persons to whom license law applicable
A person may not act as a property manager in this state unless the person holds a property manager license pursuant to this chapter or otherwise complies with the provisions of this chapter. Individuals must be licensed as individual property managers. Partnerships, associations, or corporations must be licensed as firms.
