S.D. Admin. R. 20:69:14:03 - Exemptions from examination
A real estate broker may obtain a property manager license without an examination. A broker associate may manage property independently of a responsible broker if the broker associate has fulfilled the education and experience requirements of SDCL 36-21A-31.
