S.D. Admin. R. 20:76:03:03 - Verification
A licensee shall complete eight hours of qualifying continuing education in each continuing education cycle. Continuing education required for renewal of a license shall be prorated in six month increments for a licensee granted an initial license during a continuing education cycle. Upon application for license renewal, a licensee shall verify under the penalties of perjury that all continuing education information provided with the application is true and correct. The licensee must supply sufficient detail to permit audit verification if notified by the board of an audit.
