S.D. Admin. R. 20:81:02:01 - Remittance of fees
An applicant shall remit all fees to the Commission in the form of cash, a personal check, cashier's check, certified check, or money order made payable to the State of South Dakota. The Commission may not take action on any application for registration, licensure or renewal until the required fee is received.
